Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download or play Football Regency 2027 ("the Game"), published by HGMA Games ("we", "us"). By installing the Game you accept them. If you do not, please do not install it.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game, or distribute altered versions of it.

Everything in the Game is fictional

All clubs, competitions, stadiums, players, staff and sponsors in the Game are invented. Any resemblance to a real club, competition or person is coincidental and unintended. The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any football club, league or governing body.

Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play, not by us, and are subject to Google's terms. Purchases unlock virtual items that have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued as the Game develops. Refunds are handled by Google under its refund policy; contact us first and we will help where we can.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for advantage on leaderboards, modify save data to inflate scores, or use automated tools to play. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access to online features where we find this happening.

Availability and changes

The Game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it stable but we do not promise it will be free of faults, available without interruption, or compatible with every device. Features, balance and content may change between versions. Online features such as leaderboards may be withdrawn with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost save data, lost virtual items, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
