Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy explains what data the mobile game Football Regency 2027 ("the Game") collects, why it collects it, and what you can do about it. The Game is published by HGMA Games ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at support@footballregency.com.
What we collect ourselves
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number. Your save game — club, squad, finances and season history — is stored on your own device. If you have Android backup enabled, a copy may be kept in your Google account under Google's terms, not ours.
What our service providers collect
The Game uses third-party services that process data on their own systems:
- Google AdMob serves the adverts in the Game. It may process your advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, device model, operating system version and how you interact with an advert, in order to show and measure ads. See Google's policy.
- Google Play Billing handles in-app purchases. Google processes the payment; we never see or store your card details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase completed.
- Google Play Games Services powers leaderboards and achievements, if you choose to sign in. Your Play Games profile name and score are then visible on leaderboards.
- Google Play provides us with anonymous, aggregated crash reports and install statistics. These cannot be traced back to an individual player by us.
Advertising and your choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent screen the first time you play, in line with Google's User Messaging Platform. You can choose whether your data is used for personalised advertising, and you can change your mind later from the privacy option in the Game's settings.
On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings › Privacy › Ads. Doing so limits ad personalisation across all apps on your device.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Where a player is identified as a child, advertising is limited to non-personalised ads. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us and we will delete it.
Legal basis and retention
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the Game for non-personalised advertising and aggregate crash reporting. Retention periods for data held by Google are set out in Google's own policies. Data held on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we hold almost no data about you directly, most requests are best made to Google. We will help where we can — write to support@footballregency.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the Game.
